Our monthly informal gathering - INFOBUZZ - is yet another opportunity for inter-employee interaction and sharing. Monthly Performance Awards are awarded to the super achievers. We conduct interactive and innovative induction programs for new joiners. NIKISA Family Day, Annual picnics, festival celebrations, cultural activities and other events bring our staff at all levels under one roof with a smile. At NIKISA, Humor is in the unexpected and it is well known to help relieve stress and improve health.
